They can also help you find contractors and financing, estimate your potential savings, and track your actual savings after the work is complete.

It's COLD! Here are some tips to stay warm, safely.
How cold was it last month? Cold enough to help us reach our system’s highest-ever moment of electricity demand on one cold night!
Luckily, our engineering and operations crews have built our system to withstand these extreme cold events when many of us were cranking the dials on our electric thermostats and pulling our old plug-in space heaters out of storage.
We don’t recommend regularly using them, but if the need arises, here are a few easy things to remember for safely using a plug-in space heater:
- Never leave a space heater unattended
- Keep at least 3-feet from anything that can burn.
- Always plug directly into a wall outlet (never into an extension cord or power strip)
- Always place on a flat, level surface (never place on cabinets, tables, furniture, or carpet)
Stay scam aware, all year long.
Scammers never take time off. Whether by phone, email, text message, or even in person at your door, scammers often use common techniques to try to gain access to your personal or financial information.
- We will never call you demanding immediate payment over the phone
- We will never threaten you with immediate disconnection
- We will never come to your house to demand payment
If anything seems off, always hang up and call us directly at 970.945.5491.
