Giving back to our communities

Part of what makes an electric cooperative so special is how we come together collectively to distribute our shared resources. We’re proud to offer funding and other types of assistance for organizations and individuals in the form of sponsorships, grants, bill payment assistance and more.

Additional community support

Income-Qualified Payment Assistance

We partner with Energy Outreach Colorado and other local groups to offer bill payment assistance through programs like The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)  and Colorado Affordable Residential Energy (CARE).

Community Action Team 

Our employees earn paid volunteer days to engage with organizations that support strong and vibrant communities. Recently, we’ve volunteered with Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers, Habitat for Humanity, Roundup River Ranch and the Salvation Army.
