Community Giving

Making a visible difference in the communities we serve

We’re proud to help fund the organizations, events and activities that make our mountain valleys thrive. Our strategic giving focus is on energy and the environment, youth, and our communities. Examples include community events like farmers markets, fairs and rodeos, and turkey trots – and school field trips with a focus on energy and the environment.

Funding

Based on the distribution of our membership, we strive to disperse 60% of funds to the Eagle Valley and 40% throughout the Roaring Fork, Grand, Frying Pan and Crystal Valleys.

GIVING GUIDELINES
With five different locations in which we provide service to our members, we are committed to ensuring these areas receive a fair and reasonable share of investment funding through our sponsorship. Additional local community sponsorships outside of our territory are also considered based on impact and budget allowance.
