National Lineworker Appreciation Day is April 18.

Now’s the time to thank your local lineworkers for their extraordinary efforts to keep our lights on, day-and-night, rain-or-shine.

Our operations crews all play an essential role in modernizing and strengthening our electric grid so we can deliver affordablesafe, and reliable power to our members.

All sorts of reminders for a safe and productive spring.

It’s time to start getting those yards in summer shape! Here are a few important things to remember before you dig in:

  • 📞 Call or Click Before You Dig — Avoid digging disasters by contacting Colorado811 to locate underground utility lines on your property. More >
  • 🌳 Right Tree, Right Place — We’re required to maintain the vegetation in our power line right-of-ways. If you have power lines on your property, check out our tree-planting guide to know what to plant where. More >
  • 👷‍♀️ Local, Certified Tree Trimmers — Members are responsible for managing vegetation surrounding any secondary power lines stretching from the main distribution line to your home. This dangerous work should always be completed by expert, certified tree trimmers. More >
  • 🔥 Wildfire Preparedness — Spring is a great time to start wildfire mitigation efforts on your property, and to be aware of our recurring, proactive system safety inspections.  More >
  • 💵 Electric Lawn Equipment Rebates — We’re here to help your electrification journey with rebates of 25% of the cost of your electric mowers, trimmers, chain saws, and more (member lifetime rebate maximum of $300). More >

Get inspired, raise awareness, and take action.
