As we move closer to our goal of providing members with 100% clean energy by 2030, we’re looking at innovative ideas to get us there. Last fall, a group of stakeholders visited Coal Basin outside of Redstone, the site of a proposed methane capture project.

Much like a similar project in Somerset just over the Thompson Divide, capturing methane at Coal Basin would mutually benefit a variety of stakeholders.
