New hours of service
To better serve you and care for our employees, HCE now has expanded call center hours Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
If you would like to meet with us in person, please give one of our Member Services Representatives a call at 970.945.5491 to schedule an appointment.
Our call center and administrative offices will now be closed on Fridays. As always, our dispatch team will continue to monitor our system on a 24/7 basis. You can visit our outage map at any time for up-to-date outage information.

Member Assistance Funds Remain Available
Our Member Assistance Fund continues to be available for HCE members experiencing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Residential members are eligible for up to $500 in bill credits and small commercial members are eligible for $1,000.
