Celebrate National Co-op Month with a cup of coffee, on us!
October is National Cooperative Month, a time to celebrate the members at the heart of our organization. That’s you!
To say thanks, we’re giving away $5 digital Starbucks gift cards to the first 500 members who complete a quick 5-question survey.
You’ll need your account number to fill out your survey. You can find that on your bill or in your emailed October newsletter.
Did you know? Much of the world’s coffee comes from cooperatives! These producers work together to gain better access to resources, leverage better marketing and business opportunities, provide training, and more..

Applications are now open for 2025 youth leadership opportunities
We’re excited to announce the next application period for two outstanding travel-based youth leadership programs:

- Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp in Steamboat Springs – July 2025
These all-expenses-paid, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities are available for high school juniors and seniors of Holy Cross Energy members.

Clean Energy for All!
We still have plenty of work ahead to reach our 100×30 goal, but we’re excited to share that our year-to-date clean energy total has surpassed 75% for the first time!
While the most difficult pieces of the puzzle may lie ahead, stay tuned for future updates on how we’re progressing toward 100% clean energy for our members by 2030.

Now's the time for a home energy assessment
With winter around the corner, it’s a great time to start acting on home energy efficiency upgrades to help save on your winter heating costs.
Are you wondering where to start? A home energy assessment through our local Energy Smart partners will help you determine your home’s unique needs and the best ways to invest in upgrades.
P.S. – thanks to Garfield Clean Energy, Garfield County residents can sign up for a $50 energy assessment, this month only (October 2024)!
