New service connect

If you are moving into a new place and need to set up your electric service with us, please fill out the new service connect form. A Member Service Representative will call you to confirm your application, collect any necessary deposits and finalize your new service request. If you don’t hear from us within one business day please contact us to follow up.

Submit a service request

To get started, complete the service request form. Once you’ve submitted the form, a Member Service Representative will call you to finalize your request. Your service request will not be completed until we are able to reach you by phone to verify your personal information. If we are unable to reach you to confirm your request or collect any necessary information, service will not be connected, transferred or disconnected and interruption of service may be possible. If you don’t hear from us within one business day, please contact us to follow up.

Disconnected for non-payment?

If your electric service is disconnected for nonpayment, please contact the nearest Holy Cross office. Reconnection of your electric service will not be made until all amounts due have been paid. This includes the current amount due, any past due amount, reconnect fees and applicable deposits. Any reconnection on holidays, weekends or after normal business hours requires payment of overtime wages for service personnel in addition to the amount required for reconnection.

Never miss a final payment notice

Designate a third party to receive copies of any final bill pay notices. A third party notice could be used to alert a relative, friend, landlord or business of a pending discontinuance of electric service due to nonpayment.
