E-bike rebate application

Get a $50 rebate when you purchase a new e-bike for running errands or commuting to work

Head to a local retailer or order your e-bike online. Two e-bikes per household limit. To qualify for the program, you must be an active HCE member in good standing, and intend to use the e-bike to offset vehicle miles. To get your e-bike rebate, complete the online rebate application.

Additional $200 rebate may be available for HCE members living in the Edwards Metro District.

$450 – State of Colorado Tax Creit

  • New! As of 4/1/24, Coloradans can get a $450 discount off of a qualifying e-bike purchase (at the point-of-sale) from a participating retailer across the state. Not all retailers are participating; please check with retailers to see if they are participating and offering the $450 discount.

Qualifications for the $50 e-Bike rebate:  

  • E-bike must be purchased new.
  • E-bike must be used to offset gas-powered vehicle miles; no rebates are offered for e-bikes that replace regular bikes, or for e-Bikes that are intended for resale.
  • Lifetime limit of two (2) e-bike rebates per household.
