On Thursday, October 24, 2019 the Member Services Department in the Glenwood and Avon offices will be closed for an all-day training session. Lobbies and call centers will be closed at all three locations. Phones will be covered by an automated system (similar to after hours). This includes providing a company directory, having a way to report an outage or to leave a message.
We will resume normal hours on Friday, October 25.
