Climate Conscious Kitchen

In the spirit of Food + Wine, this event will showcase a variety of projects and people who are actively working to make the food and beverage industry more sustainable. Learn how to lower carbon emissions in your own kitchen through the way you cook, the appliances in your home or business, and the foods and beverages you choose to consume.

This event will include:

  • Induction cooking demonstration and presentation by Cody Rydin, Executive Chef with Aspen Skiing Company.
  • Cocktails from “The Most Sustainable Distillery on the Planet”, Marble Distillery, and presentation by the co-owner, Connie Baker.
  • Local farm-to-table produce from The Farm Collaborative with a presentation from Eden Vardy, Executive Director.

When: June 13th, 5:30-7:30 pm
