Transfer of Service

All requests to transfer service must be submitted by the party assuming responsibility. Upon receipt of your information, you will be contacted by a Holy Cross Consumer Service Representative to collect any necessary deposits and finalize your request.  Your service will not be activated until any such deposits have been paid and we are able to reach you by phone to verify your personal information.

If you are not contacted by our office within one business day please contact the appropriate office to follow up. If we are unable to reach you to confirm your request, service will not be transferred and an interruption of service may be possible.

If we are unable to reach you to confirm your request or collect any necessary information, service will not be connected (transferred, disconnected) and interruption of service may be possible.
