Sign-up for Electric Service

A request for electric service may be made at any Holy Cross office in person or telephone only by the potential customer of record. Holy Cross shall establish an electric service account for each person or business making an oral or written request for electric service. The availability and use of electric service constitutes an Electric Service Agreement under which the user receives electric service and agrees to pay Holy Cross therefore in accordance with all applicable Tariffs and to comply and be bound by Holy Cross's Articles of incorporation, Bylaws and Electric Service Tariffs, Rules and Regulations.

Each person or business will automatically become a Member of Holy Cross Energy upon receiving electric service.

Upon their request for electric service, each consumer must provide Holy Cross with a guarantee of payment of their electric energy bills prior to the commencement of their electric service. A cash deposit may be required.
