Y aunque este verano ha tra\u00eddo algunos recordatorios m\u00e1s de lo habitual, estamos orgullosos de la fiabilidad que hemos ofrecido constantemente.\u00a0<\/p><p>Mirando hacia atr\u00e1s en 2024, el miembro promedio de Holy Cross Energy experiment\u00f3 solo<strong> 57,9 minutos sin energ\u00eda<\/strong>, un rendimiento seis veces mejor que el de otros proveedores de nuestra regi\u00f3n. Los miembros tambi\u00e9n promediaron <strong>solo 1,25 cortes<\/strong>, con <strong>electricidad disponible el 99.988% del tiempo<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Entendemos que este verano se ha sentido diferente. Los cortes de luz han sido m\u00e1s frecuentes y, en algunos casos, m\u00e1s prolongados que en a\u00f1os anteriores. Esto se debe principalmente a las configuraciones mejoradas de protecci\u00f3n contra incendios que hemos implementado durante condiciones de calor, sequ\u00eda y viento. Estas configuraciones est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para reducir el riesgo de incendios forestales y proteger a nuestras comunidades, aunque ocasionalmente pueden provocar interrupciones del servicio.\u00a0<\/p><p>Las recientes lluvias y tormentas el\u00e9ctricas tambi\u00e9n han tra\u00eddo algunos desaf\u00edos, pero agradecemos la humedad y la paciencia de nuestros miembros. Nuestros equipos est\u00e1n trabajando con diligencia y seguridad para restablecer el suministro el\u00e9ctrico lo antes posible.\u00a0<\/p><p>A pesar de estos obst\u00e1culos estacionales, nuestro compromiso con la confiabilidad sigue siendo m\u00e1s fuerte que nunca.
