Fleet vehicle and equipment auction
Beginning February 16, 2018, we will be holding an auction on used fleet vehicles and equipment exclusively for members of Holy Cross Energy and employees. All of the listed vehicles and equipment will be sold through a sealed bidding process, closing at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 1. Vehicles not sold at the close of the auction will be made available to the public for auction at a later date.
Bids must be placed in writing and sealed in an envelope. Please include the following information with your bid:
-Description and unit number of item(s)
-Your bid amount
Bids can be hand delivered to HCE offices during business hours or can be mailed to the Glenwood Springs office at 3799 Highway 82, PO Box 2150, Glenwood Springs, CO 81602. Please write “sealed bid” on the envelope.
In order for a bid to be considered it needs to be in the hands of Betsey Seymour at our Glenwood Springs office no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2018.
The sealed bids will be opened end of day March 1, and winners will be notified on Friday, March 2. All paperwork and coordination of vehicle pick up will be done Monday, March 5. Items must be paid for at the time the bid is accepted and before leaving Holy Cross Energy with the item.
