All requests to discontinue service must be submitted by the account holder.
Upon receipt of your information, you will be contacted by a Holy Cross Consumer Service Representative to finalize your request. Your service will not be discontinued until we are able to reach you by phone to verify your personal information. If we are unable to contact you to confirm your request, service will remain in your name.
If you are not contacted by our office within one business day please contact the appropriate office to follow up.
While Holy Cross Energy makes every attempt to discontinue service as is convenient for our consumers, we are presently unable to accommodate same-day requests.
