Payment Options
Generally, consumers pay their electric bill by check using the convenient payment return envelopes that are included with each electric bill. Please enclose the bottom portion of the electric bill with your payment, and please affix the correct postage.
Credit Card Payments
Holy Cross also accepts Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Credit card payments can be arranged with the nearest Holy Cross office by telephone or in person. Automatic monthly payment by credit card or electronic bank draft can be arranged by written request.
Electronic Payment Options
1. E-Bill Notification will send you an e-bill each time your bill is calculated. You may use the encrypted website to pay by credit card or check. CLICK HERE to register. Please give us a call to sign up for paperless billing. You can view your statement at your desktop, review graphs of usage, billing amount, and your payment history.
2. Recurring automatic payments by credit card can be arranged by calling the nearest Holy Cross office or 1-888-347-4425 or fill out the credit card application and retrun to Holy Cross.
3. Recurring payments by check is a bank draft service which can be arranged by calling the nearest Holy Cross office or 1-888-347-4425 or fill out the checking application and retrun to Holy Cross.
4. To pay by 'Check or Credit-by-Phone', call us at 1-888-347-4425. We will connect you to a voice recognition system that will allow you to obtain your account balance and enter your own payment information.
