Discontinuing Service

Consumers moving away from Holy Cross' service territory are asked to contact the nearest Holy Cross office to advise a Consumer Service Representative of the date they wish to discontinue their electric service. Holy Cross requests consumers to provide a forwarding address for final billing, to return any refunds and to maintain a current address for the return of future Member Equity distributions.
