Automatic Service Transfer (AST)

If you own or manage rental property, the Automatic Service Transfer (AST) agreement is a convenient way for you to automatically transfer the electric service to your rental property into your name in the event the electric service is disconnected, thus avoiding the possibility of the electric service being interrupted without your knowledge.
