NOTICE OF A CHANGE IN THE TARIFFS
OF HOLY CROSS ENERGY
GLENWOOD SPRINGS, COLORADO

Holy Cross Energy is revising its Power Cost Adjustment Rider to include the following changes:
1) Change in title to “Generation and Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment Rate Rider (PCA)”
2) The total costs of Holy Cross generation facilities will be included in the PCA calculation.
3) Any revenue from the sale of RECs up to the cost of the RECs will be credited against all costs used to calculate the PCA.
This proposed tariff is to become effective July 1, 2010.

Holy Cross Energy is revising its net metering tariff to allow a maximum nameplate output capacity of no greater than 500 kW for solar PV and 50 kW for other eligible renewable generating systems. The old maximum was 25 kW.
This proposed tariff is to become effective July 1, 2010.
Anyone who desires to complain about the proposed change shall file a written complaint with Holy Cross Energy at P. O. Box 2150, Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81602 at least 10 days before the proposed effective date.
Holy Cross Energy may hold a hearing to determine what changes will be authorized. The changes ultimately authorized may or may not be the same as those proposed and may include changes different than the tariff proposed. Anyone who desires to receive notice of hearing, if any, shall make a written request thereof at the above address, at least 10 days before the proposed effective date.
