Renewable Energy Available

Renewable Energy Generation within Holy Cross's service territory. Holy Cross will pay up to $2.00 per watt of installed capacity for renewable electricity generation using wind, hydroelectric, photovoltaic, biomass or geothermal technology up to 6 kilowatts per installation.  Payments will not exceed 50% of actual installed cost.

Holy Cross will provide net metering for consumers installing renewable generation facilities of 25 kW or less (subject to our net metering policy).  Holy Cross may also negotiate power purchase contracts with consumers installing renewable generation facilities within our service territory.

Consumer's generation facilities must be connected to Holy Cross's electric system to qualify for renewable energy incentives.
