Summer 2010 Request for Proposals for Energy and Renewable Energy Credits from Solar Photovoltaic Generating Projects
Holy Cross Energy is issuing this Request for Proposals for the purchase of energy and Renewable Energy Credits from up to 1 MW of photovoltaic electric generation to be located within HCE’s certificated service territory and interconnected with its distribution system.
Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing via email to Chris Hildred at childred@holycross.com. Please include the words “PV RFP” in the subject line of all email requests. Responses to any questions received (with the exception of interconnection cost estimates) will be posted on HCE’s Photovoltaic RFP website on a regular basis. No other communication of questions and answers will be made. Any updates or changes to RFP related documents will be posted here, it is the responsibility of respondents to check for any changes or updates.
Two bound copies and one electronic copy (on CD or flash drive) of any proposals must be received by 4:30 P.M. Mountain Standard Time on September 30, 2010 and clearly marked as “2010 PV RFP Response, Confidential Sealed Bid Proposal”. Proposals received after the Proposal Due Date will not be considered.

Requests for more detailed maps should be sent via email to childred@holycross.com and include a county parcel number or an existing transformer number.
